Death metal like it should sound. The second band since Panzerchrist that comes form Denmark which i like. Apart from the first song, which starts a bit confuzing, but makes sense in a bigger picture, this album offers quality punishing death metal without any bulshit.

The new Pest Noire album is truely genious. Versatility seem to be the word that pops in mind over and over again. They are not affraid to combine various musical genres, in the song Cochon Carotte et les sœurs Crotte (english translation: Carrot Pig Poo and sisters o_O thank you google translate), the song starts with a clear speed core drum, which gently transcends into a melody. Various sound effects are used efficiently throughout the album (burps, guns clicking, etc.). To top it of some songs iclude the beatuful voice of Audrey Sylvain which cmmbined with traditionaly awesome melodies and harsh vokals from La Sale Famine de Valfunde, create a amazing landscape of melancholy and aggression.
